• This role is suited to a highly experienced façade drafter with 10+ years of commercial façade design experience who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will take ownership of developing accurate, buildable shop drawings from architectural documentation, resolve technical design challenges, and produce practical solutions that support efficient manufacturing and installation. Working closely with our Australian Project Managers and Structural Engineers, you will be expected to make sound engineering judgements, identify issues before they become problems, and drive projects forward without constant direction. We are looking for someone who is proactive, technically strong, and capable of delivering high-quality façade designs from concept through to manufacture.
