Salary is dependent on the candidate's skills and experience. • Annual Leave is 10 days per year (commutable to cash) • Sick Leave is 5 days per year • Observance is 18 days per year (commutable to cash) • HMO provided after probation + 2 Dependents • 13th Month Pay • Birthday Leave The Candidate: • Must have a minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience (as a AU bank loan assessor or broker-side loan processor) • Must possess strong attention to detail and be highly organised. • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a busy high-pressure environment • An understanding of lending practices, and loan structures and familiarity with lenders and processes • Ability to think proactively and problem solve • Ability to interpret a set of financial statements, tax returns, and Business Group Structure • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
