We are looking for a passionate, health-conscious Senior Creative \& Multimedia Designer in the Philippines to join our growing remote team full-time! What You'll Do: Independent Content Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling photos and short-form videos for social media. Cooking \& Styling: Prepare and shoot simple recipes using our healthy snacks, utilizing a great eye for aesthetics and food styling to make our ingredients shine. Packaging Design: Create and tweak product packaging designs and layouts using Adobe Illustrator. Digital Campaign Assets: Design eye-catching EDMs (email newsletters) and web banners for marketing campaigns, and assist with visual updates to our website. Brand Guardianship: Uphold our clean-label brand identity across all visual Touchpoints. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital design, multimedia creation, and social media content production. Education: Recognised qualifications or a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related visual communications field. Tool Mastery \& Agility: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator for packaging). We also highly value and appreciate agility with modern creation tools like Canva, CapCut, and various Creative AI tools. Aesthetic Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, specifically in the food, wellness, or lifestyle space. Independent \& Resourceful: You are a problem-solver who can work independently and be resourceful with managing content creation by yourself from start to finish. (You won’t have a crew behind you) Passion: A genuine interest in healthy eating and wellness. You got to live and breathe the brand you are portraying. Work Setup: A laptop/computer, tools for basic shooting, and a dedicated workspace for a full-time, work-from-home setup.
