Role Overview Implements Demand Planning Process (Pre Demand Review and Demand Review) for the assigned account with the objective to come up with a single operating plan that is aligned to the business objectives. Analyze the rolled forecast if realistic or not based on the latest trends, ie SO data covers MST/POS, competitive UPOS, Homepanel & other relevant data. Gives input in the joint planning with TMG and Brand to roll up forecast that assumes Trade Channel Plans & Marketing Plans. With minimal supervision, regular Fieldwork to see actual trade programs executions and gather inputs from accounts or trade partners. Prepares Supply Outlook, Freshness Report, Co-locates SDI and stocking level and initiates taskforce meetings for the assigned account to discuss supply risks or address / mitigate risks to business. Executes promo evaluation of programs implemented for the assigned account to assess, learn, document and input in the next planning cycle. Role Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Accountancy, or Mathematics At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields
