The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented financial professional ready to master the UK accounting landscape. This role is perfect for: Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Fresh graduates and to those with up to 4 years of experience who are eager to learn UK‑specific tax and accounting standards Individuals with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset who understand that accounting is the backbone of business growth Key Responsibilities You will be trained to handle a comprehensive UK portfolio, including: Core Accounting: Bookkeeping, Management Accounts, Year‑End Accounts and Work in Progress (WIP) tracking UK Compliance: VAT filings and the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Performance Tracking: Monitoring team KPIs and financial health through Management Information (MI) reports Operations: General admin, finance coordination and proactive process improvement within the accounting function Required Skills & Mindset CPA licence (Board‑Certified Public Accountant) Advanced Excel/GSheets skills for complex data management Technical agility and ability to learn UK accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks) and AI tools Excellent written and verbal English , able to explain financial data to UK clients Proactive ownership and the ability to solve discrepancies without waiting for instructions Compensation & Benefits Career Growth: Monthly performance reviews; clear path to Team Lead and Management roles Health: HMO coverage after probation Equipment: Refurbished business‑grade laptop provided Travel: Potential UK travel benefits for exceptional performance Time Off: 15 days annual leave (sick & vacation) + 13th month pay + UK bank holidays How To Apply If you are a proactive CPA who thrives on technical accuracy and efficiency, please email your CV to: 📧 recruitments@agility-outsourcing.co.uk Important: Applicants must include a 1–5 minute video introduction along with their CV.
