This role leads the planning and scheduling function across multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, contractual obligations, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Establish planning standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects Deliver high‑level schedule and progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and highlight opportunities for efficiency Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integration and milestone achievement Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications to be successful in the role: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred 10–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced scheduling tools Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence executive decisions Strategic mindset with ability to balance detail and big‑picture objectives Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building capabilities Experience in large‑scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects Working Conditions: Part-time, on-call Travel when needed to different project sites Why Planate?
