My Biz Niche is a full-service digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing. We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visual Designer with strong multi-disciplinary capabilities across UI/UX, branding, print, social media, and video/motion design. This is a senior, agency-experienced role for a T-shaped creative who can combine strong visual craft with digital product thinking and brand storytelling. Role Overview As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the creation of high-quality visual work across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for developing cohesive brand identities, designing conversion-focused digital experiences, and producing campaign assets across web, social, print, and motion. You should be equally confident working on UI/UX systems, brand identity development, and multimedia campaign execution. Key Responsibilities UI/UX & Digital Design Design wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity prototypes Create responsive, conversion-focused website and landing page designs Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI components Apply UX principles including usability, accessibility (WCAG), and user behavior insights Branding & Visual Identity Develop complete brand identity systems (not just logos) Create brand guidelines covering typography, color systems, and usage standards Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all digital and print assets Social Media & Campaign Design Design multi-platform digital campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create performance-driven creatives optimized for engagement and conversion Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with campaign goals and analytics Video & Motion Design Create or direct short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, promotional videos) Develop motion graphics, UI animations, and visual storytelling elements Produce storyboards and concept direction for video campaigns Print & Offline Design Design print-ready materials such as brochures, packaging, and outdoor ads Ensure correct production standards (CMYK, DPI, bleed, and finishing specifications) Collaboration & Execution Work closely with developers, marketers, and project managers Maintain design consistency across all outputs and platforms Mentor junior designers and support creative quality control Skills & Experience RequiredExperience 5–8+ years of progressive design experience Mandatory: Agency background (advertising, creative, or digital agency) Strong portfolio demonstrating both branding and digital/UI/UX work Portfolio Requirements (Important) We are looking for portfolios with case studies , not just visual mockups. Must demonstrate: Problem → process → solution → results thinking Strategic and business-aware design decisions Multi-disciplinary work across branding, UI/UX, and campaigns Core Skills Strong UI/UX design (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, design systems) Strong branding and identity system development Experience in print production and layout design Social media campaign design with performance awareness Video editing or motion design capability (or strong direction experience) Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Software & Tools UI/UX: Figma (required) , Sketch, Adobe XD Branding & Print: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Motion & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Bonus: Canva, Webflow, WordPress Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage Additional Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities High attention to detail and quality Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative mindset Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking Work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine Time Benefits Paid leaves Holiday pay 13th month pay Performance bonus Training and development opportunities How To Apply Please submit the following: Updated Resume (with photo) Design Portfolio (case-study based preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Please list the design platforms you’ve used (Adobe, Figma, Canva, etc.) and briefly describe your level of proficiency with each.
