Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. With 1 yr. of related work experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior engineers. Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including common threats, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Relevant academic projects or internships in IT or cybersecurity are a plus. Job Description s: 1. Configure, administer, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related systems. 2. Apply protective measures, oversee threat detection, conduct security audits, and uphold IT policies. 3. Perform routine system and network maintenance, updates, and patch management. 4. Analyze network performance and recommend improvements to optimize reliability, scalability, and security. 5. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topology, and system changes. 6. Provide technical support to employees, including hardware/software troubleshooting, system setup, and application installation. 7. Perform other duties as assigned related to IT infrastructure and support.
