Who We're Looking For ========================= We're looking for professionals who have: A self-starter with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management A results-driven marketer focused on generating leads and driving business growth A creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into effective campaigns Someone with strong execution skills and follow-through Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once A data-driven decision maker who uses insights to improve performance A strong communicator who can engage prospects and build relationships Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to optimize and improve Focused on delivering measurable business results, not just activity Nice to Have ================ Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) Background in B2B marketing or lead generation Familiarity with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar) Strong copywriting skills for social media, email, and landing pages Experience in appointment setting or sales support Ability to create basic visual content (Canva or similar tools) Familiarity with automation tools and workflows Experience working in a remote or fast-paced environment What Makes You a Great Fit ============================== You enjoy telling stories through content, staying ahead of marketing trends, and finding creative ways to help businesses grow.
