Golang Developer (Senior Full Stack Developer/Engineer) Engagement Type: Full-Time | Consultancy Contract Duration: 6 Months (Non-Renewable) Work Arrangement: Full Remote Job Summary The position requires extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and developing software projects, with a strong focus on back-end development to deliver business requirements through effective applications and solutions. The role also requires close collaboration with Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and develop applications using Go and related frameworks. Develop software components based on business requirements, specifications, and established standards. Understand user needs and contribute to effective UI/UX improvements. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and application issues. Identify opportunities to improve applications and processes; collaborate with team members and stakeholders on solutions. Apply high-quality development practices while delivering solutions within agreed timelines and budgets. Write and maintain tests where applicable; ensure the reliability and maintainability of developed solutions. Participate in on-call rotations and Scrum activities. Job Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related field. At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce. Proficient in Go, GORM, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Redis. Experience with Unix/Linux environments and CI/CD using Jenkins. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills. Knowledge of microservices, AWS Lambda, SQS, RabbitMQ, and RESTful APIs is preferred. Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and shell scripting is an advantage. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and under pressure. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
