The Aftermarket Key Accounts Internship Program is designed to develop practical skills in sales support, administrative assistance, customer relationship management, and project monitoring. Intern will gain hands-on experience by assisting with administrative work for Aftermarket Key Accounts customers with Service Sales Engineers (SSEs) and collaborating with Internal Sales (ISSs) under the guidance of the Aftermarket Key Accounts Manager. The intern is expected to: Support Aftermarket Key Account management through sales monitoring, order processing, proposal preparation, and customer communication. Use CRM tools (IQ2, C4C) to ensure accurate service execution and strengthen customer relationships. Develop customer service skills to address clarifications and ensure timely service activities. Understand Service Plans, maintenance intervals, and customer profiles. Collect, organize, and analyze sales data by region, service, and customer potential. Maintain accurate records and gain confidence in communication with stakeholders. The intern will gain relevant skills and knowledge through the exposure to these key responsibilities: 1\. Sales Monitoring and Order Processing Assist with daily sales monitoring activities, including data entry, updating records, handling key customer information, and processing new orders with signed agreements and purchase orders. 2\. Customer Communication and Support Act as the secondary contact for assigned Key Customers for internal team members. Handle inquiries from Key Customers via email or phone regarding potential sales, opportunities, or leads. Support follow‑up and coordination with customers and internal departments (sales, logistics, planners). Arrange visits and appointments with customers and prospects. Update customers on parts availability and service schedules. 3\. Proposal and Agreement Preparation Assist in preparing proposals using IQ2 and C4C platforms. Create Data Instructions for Key Customers’ new Service Plans and Fixed Price Agreement Won Opportunities. 4\. Meetings and Coordination Participate in meetings at Atlas Copco head office or online to stay informed of Key Customer urgent needs and report them to the Aftermarket Key Accounts Manager for action. Coordinate with Logistics and Planners for parts availability and scheduling. 5\. Connectivity and CRM Management Assist in monitoring Key Customer Connectivity plans to connect more units to the SMARTLink platform and track license options and remote audits. Update and manage C4C entries to ensure accurate records. Support other Aftermarket tasks related to customer satisfaction. Monitor Key Customer activities such as Service Plans, Fixed Price, and Ad/Hoc scheduled service visits to ensure timely execution and parts availability. Handle order processing tasks for Service Sales Engineers (SSEs). Qualifications Currently enrolled in Engineering and Business-related program Able to render 400-600 hours or longer Good communication skill and ability to work collaboratively Organizational skills and attention to details Willingness to learn and adapt to relevant software platforms Willing to start ASAP What the company can offer: Paid Internship Shuttle Service Willing to sign MOA Work Location: In person
