Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Social Media Support • Create, schedule and post social media content across company platforms. • Assist with content planning for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels. • Write clear, professional and engaging captions. • Support the creation of social media campaigns, announcements and promotional posts. • Monitor comments, messages and engagement where required. • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and professional online presence. • Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements. • Marketing Materials and Design • Create professional marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools. • Design banners, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, website images and presentation materials. • Assist with branded templates for internal and external use. • Ensure all marketing materials are visually consistent with Bluedge branding. • Support the creation of promotional materials for services, recruitment, training and professional development. • Website and Content Support • Assist with basic website updates, content uploads and formatting. • Support updates to service pages, recruitment pages, resource pages and marketing sections. • Help prepare written content for website pages, newsletters, blogs or email updates. • Ensure website content is clear, professional and up to date. • Coordinate with web designers or internal team members where required. • Marketing Administration • Maintain marketing files, content folders, image libraries and design templates. • Organise marketing calendars, campaign trackers and task lists. • Assist with email marketing, newsletters or client communications where required. • Support general marketing and business administration tasks. • Help prepare reports on completed marketing activities and upcoming priorities. • What We’re Looking For • Essential Skills and Experience • Previous experience in social media, marketing coordination, content creation, design support or administration. • Strong experience using Canva . • Good understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging posts. • Strong written English communication skills. • Ability to create professional, polished and on-brand visual materials. • Good attention to detail. • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. • Comfortable working remotely and communicating online. • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once. • Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint or similar tools. • Highly Regarded Skills • Experience with LinkedIn marketing. • Experience creating content for education, training, consulting or professional services. • Basic website editing experience. • Experience with email marketing or newsletters. • Basic video editing or reel creation experience. • Experience using AI tools responsibly for content ideas, drafting or editing. • Basic understanding of branding, content calendars and campaign planning.
