Social Media Video & Content Designer (Remote | Philippines) $7 USD/hour | Full-Time with Opportunity to Grow If you know how to create content that grabs attention in the first three seconds and keeps people watching, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating engaging social media content—not someone who occasionally edits videos, but someone who understands how to make people stop scrolling. We're a 25-year luxury holiday decorating company based in Chicago. Every day you'll work with beautiful homes, elegant holiday lighting, Halloween displays, backyard lighting, and seasonal decorating. We already have an extensive library of photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing assets. Your job is to turn those assets into compelling content people actually want to watch. What You'll Create Short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Reels that feel current, engaging, and professionally edited Social media graphics and carousel posts Promotional videos Marketing flyers and digital graphics Simple animations and motion graphics Resize and adapt content for multiple platforms Help maintain a consistent luxury brand across all marketing What We're Looking For 5+ years creating content for American companies Excellent written and spoken English Strong understanding of American social media trends and culture Advanced experience with short-form video editing Experience creating content that increases engagement Strong eye for luxury branding, composition, typography, pacing, and storytelling Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly Reliable internet connection and professional communication Software Experience You should already be highly proficient in several of these: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Canva Pro CapCut Pro Adobe Express AI creative tools for image and video production This Is NOT the Right Position If You... Only create basic Canva graphics. Edit videos occasionally as a side skill. Need detailed step-by-step instructions for every project. Have never worked with American brands.
