About The Role We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Performance Video Editor to join our Growth Creative team. In this role, you'll primarily create and edit engaging video advertisements for paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), helping drive customer acquisition and business growth. What You'll DoVideo Editing (Primary Responsibility) Edit UGC (User-Generated Content) and studio footage into high-performing paid social ads. Create compelling hooks, maintain strong pacing, and optimize videos for engagement and conversion. Produce content in various formats, including: 1:1 Square 4:5 Vertical 9:16 Reels/Stories Add captions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual enhancements. Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing. Collaborate with growth marketing teams to execute campaign briefs efficiently. Static Creative Design (Secondary Responsibility) Design static social media advertisements for Meta platforms. Create multiple design variations to test messaging, layouts, and CTAs. Utilize established brand guidelines and Figma design systems. Produce polished creative assets with minimal revision cycles. Collaboration \& Execution Work closely with Growth Strategists and Creative Teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative performance and generate new concepts. Communicate project updates, priorities, and blockers effectively. Qualifications Required 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing, paid social creative, or digital advertising. Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Figma Adobe Photoshop Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative best practices. Experience editing UGC-style content and direct-response advertisements. Excellent understanding of pacing, hooks, retention techniques, and conversion-focused storytelling. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred Adobe Illustrator experience. Basic After Effects knowledge. Experience working with eCommerce, DTC, subscription, or consumer brands. Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance marketing. AI Tools Experience (Required) We embrace AI-powered workflows to improve creative speed and efficiency. Candidates should have experience using any of the tools such as: ChatGPT Gemini Higgsfield AI Voiceover Tools Other creative AI platforms You should be able to leverage AI while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and authentic-sounding outputs.
