About The Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer inquiries through the Handyman Can Help website, AI and digital channels. Create and edit images and videos, including YouTube Shorts, and content for Instagram, Facebook, and Google platforms. Prepare and distribute press releases, ensuring successful placement on platforms specified by the company. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting regular updates and responding to direct messages and comments. Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns for repeat and existing customers. Assist with Google Business Profile updates, reputation management, and responding to customer reviews. Utilize AI tools for content writing, optimization, and content syndication. Support overall digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Use Metricool or similar social media management and analytics tools (preferred). Manage and optimize social media syndication and scheduling software. Monitor performance metrics and ensure engagement, reach, and follower growth targets are achieved.
