Job Description Handle guest inquiries, booking changes, and reservation support for US-based short-term rental and property management clients. You will be the calm, clear voice guests rely on before, during, and after their stay. Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries and messages across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct channels Manage reservations, booking changes, and cancellations Coordinate check-in and check-out details and resolve guest concerns in real time Respond to and manage guest reviews professionally Escalate maintenance or urgent issues to the right person quickly Keep booking calendars synced and updated across platforms Requirements At least 1 year of experience in guest communication, hospitality, or customer support (Airbnb/VRBO/STR experience strongly preferred) Excellent written English with a warm, professional tone Comfortable working full-time night shift aligned to US hours Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate frustrated guests Preferred Qualifications Experience with Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, or OwnerRez Experience supporting US clients directly About The Company CinRetta is a Philippines-based offshore staffing partner working exclusively with US property management and short-term rental companies.
