POSITION SUMMARY: This position requires multi-faceted interaction/communication with our customers, needs assessment, problem resolution, development of relationships, and substantial knowledge of the products, services, and processes of our production/installation. This position requires a substantial amount of project management via our production software (Moraware), along with a minimial amount of work in our estimating program as well as QuickBooks. Duties Process revisions on Home Center jobs Provide exceptional customer service. Project management Occasionally assist Home Center clients in selecting material for their project(s) and educate them on all products we offer. Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices as needed. Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware). Report customer activities in our company CRM. Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Maintain and expand existing customer relationships. Other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Fluent English is required. Experience in Kitchen and bath design or Interior design or Construction background is a plus. General computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet-based information required. Experience with inventory management software such as Slabsmith is highly desirable but not mandatory. Technical sales knowledge of natural stone/quartz preferred but not mandatory.
