Business Operations Coordinator & Executive Support (Dayshift - Homebased)

About The Role • This is a role that combines business operations, practice support and executive support. You’ll work closely with our Founder, helping keep the business running smoothly while supporting the projects, systems and initiatives that continue to move it forward. • This isn’t a role where you’ll simply complete tasks. You’ll be trusted to think, take ownership, solve problems and continually improve the way we work. • As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility. Where and how your career grows is entirely up to you. • What You’ll Be Doing • Business Operations • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative activities. • Maintain and improve internal processes, templates and documentation. • Support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Keep priorities, workflows and deadlines running smoothly. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify the way we work. • Practice & Client Support • Coordinate client onboarding and engagement documentation. • Maintain accurate client records and business documentation. • Support ASIC, ATO and other practice administration requirements. • Assist with workflow management and compliance deadlines. • Help deliver a consistently professional client experience. • Executive Support • Support the Founder with scheduling, meeting preparation and key priorities. • Prepare presentations, reports and business correspondence. • Coordinate follow-up actions and provide executive support as required. • You’ll work across a range of modern business systems, including Microsoft 365, practice management, document management, CRM, workflow and digital signing platforms. • Experience with professional services software such as Xero Practice Manager, FYI, CAS 360, BGL or similar platforms is advantageous, but not essential. • We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with technology, enjoys learning new systems and is always looking for better ways of working. • Who We’re Looking For • You’re organised, dependable and naturally proactive. • You enjoy learning, take pride in producing work of a high standard and know when to take initiative and when to ask for guidance. • You notice the details others miss. • You follow things through. • You genuinely care about doing great work. • Experience in business support, operations, practice administration or executive support is valuable, but attitude, judgement and a commitment to continual improvement matter far more than any particular background. • Is This You? • If you’re looking for more than just another job… • If you want to work alongside people who genuinely care about your development… • If you’re excited by ownership, continual improvement and making a meaningful impact… • And if you want to help build something exceptional… We’d love to hear your story. • Additional Notes: Schedule • Monday - Friday | 7AM-4PM PHT • Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
