Hire Smart Solutions Inc. is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join one of our clients. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for Philippine-based remote professionals . Position: Social Media Manager Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (PH Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the client's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Develop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, and marketing materials. Edit short-form and long-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. Write compelling captions and marketing copy tailored to each platform. Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar. Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Collaborate with the client to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Required Technical Skills ✅ Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) ✅ Content creation and content planning ✅ Video editing for short-form and long-form content ✅ Graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite ✅ Copywriting and caption writing ✅ Social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) ✅ Social media analytics and performance reporting ✅ Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus Required Soft Skills ✅ Excellent English communication skills ✅ Creative mindset with a strong eye for design ✅ Strong attention to detail ✅ Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment ✅ Proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven What We're Looking For Proven experience managing business social media accounts. Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, and video editing work. Ability to create engaging content that increases audience engagement and brand awareness. Experience developing and executing social media strategies that deliver measurable results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
