Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field, or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in ERP project management, ERP implementation, system implementation, project coordination, business process implementation, or related roles. Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, systems, and implementation workstreams. Experience in ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, or project management frameworks is preferred. Familiarity with ERP platforms, business process mapping, system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment is an advantage. Experience in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools, documentation systems, reporting dashboards, and collaboration platforms. Able to work remotely while maintaining effective communication, accountability, and availability. Fit to travel for project meetings, client engagements, implementation activities, operational reviews, testing, deployment, or go-live activities when required. Able to attend online and face-to-face meetings as required by project and business needs. Willing and able to work extended or flexible hours when necessary for critical project activities, system deployment, cutover, go-live, urgent issues, or as directed by leadership.
