Job Description

Role Overview You will act as the webmaster and marketing-systems VA for a growing digital brand. You will be the primary support person for website updates, campaign launches, and marketing systems: maintaining and improving the company's Webflow website, building campaign landing pages from Figma designs, supporting Klaviyo email marketing, and keeping Zapier automations running between systems. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or custom-development role. You will work closely with leadership and the creative team to make sure campaigns launch smoothly and the website stays optimized, functional, and on-brand, and you will own website-related projects from request through published-and-tested. Beginning at 20 hours per week, with opportunity to go to 40 hours. Work hours are aligned with Pacific Time (US). Key Responsibilities Maintain and update website content, layouts, and pages in Webflow Implement copy changes, image updates, and content revisions accurately and on time Keep pages responsive, functional, and aligned with brand standards; troubleshoot basic website issues Build landing pages in Webflow from provided Figma designs, accurate across desktop and mobile Publish and test campaign pages: links, forms, tracking before every launch Build and maintain Klaviyo email flows, campaigns, forms, and audience segments Keep Webflow, Klaviyo, and other business systems properly connected Build, monitor, and document Zapier automations; catch and fix workflow failures Implement ongoing conversion and user-experience improvements across pages, forms, and customer touchpoints Apply basic on-page SEO hygiene (titles, metadata, headings, alt text, redirects) Support website refreshes and rebranding initiatives Track what has shipped, what is pending, and what needs leadership's attention Skills and experience requirements: 2\+ years of hands-on experience managing websites in Webflow, including building and publishing landing pages Ability to accurately build pages from Figma designs across desktop and mobile Experience with Klaviyo, campaigns, flows, forms, or audience segmentation Zapier or other no-code automation experience preferred Strong understanding of website content management and page structure Excellent attention to detail and quality control, pages get tested before they go live Strong written English and professional, structured communication Able to work independently and manage multiple projects without things slipping Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and ClickUp or similar task trackers Portfolio of live sites required Reliable computer, stable internet, and backup power/internet a plus Available to work hours aligned with Pacific Time (US) Remote \| Part-time \| Compensation commensurate with experience and performance Pay: Php31,000\.00 - Php47,000\.00 per month Benefits Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
