Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Specialist to manage the financial operations, investment accounting, and grant-posting activities for our Donor-Advised Funds (DAF). This role serves as a critical bridge between accounting, investment data management, and operational workflows.The ideal candidate will project-manage our investment reconciliation activities, oversee data inflows from customers and banking transactions, and manage daily incoming requests through our centralized portal. Key Responsibilities Project-manage investment accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple portfolios and accounts. Perform daily and monthly investment account reconciliations between custodian statements and internal ledgers. Collect, monitor, and audit investment account statements from various financial institutions. Oversee and validate data inflows from customer platforms, banking portals, and external financial transactions. Manage, process, and triage daily incoming requests through the centralized operations portal. Maintain data integrity across accounting systems and operational databases. Monitor the posting, tracking, and reconciliation of grant payment activities and distributions. Collaborate with donor services, operations, and banking partners. Prepare clear and concise financial and investment updates for management. Must-Have Requirements 4+ years of accounting experience , with a strong focus on investment accounting and financial operations . Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) . Strong knowledge of: + Investment accounting + Investment vehicles + Custodian data + Account reconciliation principles + Financial operations Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and high-volume data streams. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience working with Donor-Advised Funds (DAF) . Experience in non-profit accounting . Experience using investment tracking software . Experience with centralized ticketing or operations portals . Knowledge of grant-making workflows .
