Location: Remote - Philippines Job Type: Full-Time About Us mConsent helps dental practices modernize patient engagement through digital forms, patient communication, online payments, insurance workflows, and automation. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about helping new clients successfully adopt our platform. Position Summary As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll lead new customers through implementation, training, and successful adoption of the mConsent platform. You'll act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring every client launches successfully and confidently. Success in this role requires excellent communication, project management, and customer education skills. Responsibilities Manage new customer onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live. Conduct virtual implementation and training sessions. Configure customer accounts based on practice requirements. Coordinate implementation timelines and milestones. Educate clients on best practices and platform functionality. Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address risks. Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Technical teams to resolve implementation issues. Document onboarding progress within CRM systems. Ensure customers complete implementation on schedule. Build strong customer relationships that encourage long-term adoption. Qualifications Required 2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, account management, training, or customer success experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and software demonstrations. Strong problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset. Preferred Experience implementing SaaS software. Dental industry experience. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Experience creating customer training materials.
