Deliverables & Capabilities: Complete drafting of legal complaints, discovery, and motions. Accurate court e-filings via Florida State and Federal CM/ECF systems. Legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis and calendar management. Case tracking and maintenance in Smokeball. Required Experience: 5+ years paralegal experience; minimum 2 years with US law firms.
