This is a remote sales leadership role based in the Philippines , supporting international markets and requiring availability during US and/or European business hours . Secret Food Tours is building a dedicated Corporate Sales Division to grow B2B revenue from corporate events, team-building activities, client entertainment, incentive travel, private group bookings, partnerships, and enterprise clients . We are looking for a senior sales leader who can do more than sell. This person will build the systems, workflows, CRM processes, outbound strategy, and sales playbooks needed to create a repeatable global corporate sales engine. About The Role The Head of Corporate Sales \& Workflow Optimization will design, build, and scale the company’s corporate sales division. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, enterprise sales, sales operations, CRM management, outbound sales, pipeline management, and revenue growth . You will be responsible for improving how the company manages leads, qualifies opportunities, follows up with prospects, closes deals, and hands off bookings to operations teams across global markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who is entrepreneurial, systems-minded, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-growing international company. Key Responsibilities Build the Corporate Sales Division Design and implement the structure, processes, and playbooks for corporate sales. Create a scalable sales model that supports corporate bookings across 130\+ cities. Build clear workflows for inbound leads, outbound sales, lead qualification, proposals, follow-up, closing, and handoff to operations. Develop sales playbooks, scripts, templates, and best practices for different markets and customer types. Optimize Sales Workflows and CRM Processes Analyze the current corporate sales pipeline and identify where leads are being lost. Improve conversion rates from existing inbound leads and corporate inquiries. Implement CRM best practices for pipeline tracking, lead management, deal stages, follow-up reminders, reporting, and automation. Create consistent workflows for lead qualification, prospecting, follow-up, proposal management, closing, and customer handoff. Use automation and sales tools to improve speed, consistency, visibility, and accountability. Drive B2B and Corporate Revenue Growth Develop strategies to grow revenue from corporate bookings, private events, team-building activities, client events, incentive travel, and multi-city programs. Identify high-value enterprise opportunities and corporate partnerships. Build relationships with corporate buyers, HR teams, event planners, travel managers, executive assistants, agencies, DMCs, and business travel partners. Create scalable strategies to increase repeat corporate bookings and long-term account value. Build Outbound Sales and Pipeline Expansion Create and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns for different regions, industries, and buyer types. Develop prospecting lists, outreach messaging, email sequences, and follow-up cadences. Build a repeatable outbound engine that generates consistent new corporate opportunities. Test, measure, and improve outbound performance based on response rates, meetings booked, pipeline created, and closed revenue. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with city managers, operations teams, marketing, partnerships, and leadership to ensure a smooth sales-to-delivery process. Align sales, marketing, and partnerships into one cohesive funnel. Coordinate with global teams to ensure corporate bookings are delivered at a high standard across multiple cities. Help create better internal communication, ownership, and accountability across the corporate sales process. Define KPIs, Reporting, and Performance Systems Define key sales KPIs, including pipeline value, conversion rates, response time, close rate, deal size, revenue, repeat bookings, and outbound performance. Build reporting systems that give leadership visibility into corporate sales performance. Use data to continuously improve sales strategy, workflow design, and revenue outcomes. Qualifications 10\+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership . Proven experience building or scaling a sales division, sales team, or sales process. Strong background in sales operations, CRM systems, sales automation, workflow design, pipeline management, and reporting . Experience selling to companies, enterprise clients, corporate decision-makers, HR teams, event teams, travel buyers, or procurement teams. Strong understanding of corporate buying processes and complex sales cycles. Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, corporate events, experiences, food and beverage, SaaS, outsourcing, or global services is highly preferred. Experience working with international clients, especially US and/or European markets. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Able to work remotely from the Philippines and align with US and/or EU business hours. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Able to build from scratch, create structure, and improve systems without needing everything already defined. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior sales leader who has built something before. You should be comfortable reviewing a messy or underdeveloped sales process, finding the gaps, and turning it into a clear, scalable system. You should be both strategic and hands-on. This role requires someone who can think at the leadership level, but also create the playbooks, improve the CRM, build the outreach strategy, review the pipeline, and help close important corporate opportunities. You should understand how to sell to companies and how to create a process that helps others sell better. What Success Looks Like Within the first 6 months, Secret Food Tours has a fully operational corporate sales division. Corporate leads are being tracked, qualified, followed up, and closed through a clear and consistent process. Conversion rates from the existing corporate pipeline have significantly improved. A repeatable outbound sales engine is generating consistent new business. CRM usage, pipeline reporting, and sales workflows are clean, reliable, and scalable. Sales, marketing, partnerships, city managers, and operations teams are aligned around one corporate sales process. Corporate revenue is growing across priority global markets. Why This Role Matters This is a high-ownership sales leadership role with global impact. You will not just be responsible for growing sales.
