THE ROLE We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Merchandising Assistant to support product selection, catalog evaluation, and merchandising operations for an e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities Research and evaluate products based on company guidelines Select and recommend products for listing and promotion Review product information for accuracy and completeness Organize and maintain product databases and tracking sheets Monitor product performance and identify opportunities Follow merchandising standards and selection criteria Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to support product initiatives STANDARDS \& WORK STYLE Our team operates on trust, accuracy, and consistent execution.
