Type: Full-time Schedule Must overlap with U.S. business hours (Pacific Time) Experience Required: 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience About Us We are a U.S.-based short-term rental management company built by investors, for investors. We manage properties across multiple states and help owners improve performance through full-service management and revenue management. We operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), so we value accountability, clear ownership, consistent execution, and measurable results. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an outbound sales professional who can help us build a more consistent and reliable sales process. We need someone who can bring structure, consistency, and ownership to that process. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager who will take full ownership of our outbound sales process. This person will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving our outbound sales efforts—from prospecting and outreach to follow-up, appointment setting, and reporting. We are looking for someone who can identify what's working, recognize what's not, and proactively recommend and implement improvements rather than simply following a predefined process. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the company's outbound sales process, ensuring leads are consistently contacted, followed up with, and moved through the sales pipeline. Develop, manage, and continuously improve outbound sales strategies to increase qualified appointments and client acquisition. Conduct consistent outbound calls to property owners, real estate investors, and prospective management clients. Manage cold email campaigns, including monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues, testing improvements, and coordinating follow-up. Build and maintain structured follow-up sequences through phone, email, and other approved outreach channels to maximize lead conversion. Qualify prospective clients, identify sales opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, conversations, objections, follow-ups, and next steps within the CRM or sales tracking system. Analyze outreach performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, then recommend and implement improvements to increase results. Continuously refine call scripts, email templates, voicemail messaging, objection handling, and follow-up processes based on real-world performance. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and conversion rates. Utilize additional outreach channels when appropriate, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, direct messaging, or other prospecting platforms. Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback on market trends, prospect objections, lead quality, and opportunities to strengthen the company's sales strategy. Prepare and present weekly reports on outreach activity, appointments booked, conversion metrics, pipeline status, lead quality, and recommended action items. Key Outcomes 250–400 outbound calls completed per week . 5–10 qualified appointment calls booked per week with prospective clients. 100% of scheduled follow-ups completed on time. 100% of active leads kept current in the CRM with a clear status. Interested prospects followed up within 1 business day. Weekly sales report submitted with calls made, conversations held, appointments booked, and lead quality feedback. Common objections and lead quality issues reviewed weekly to improve scripts, messaging, and follow-up sequences. Outbound sales process documented and organized within the first 60 days. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in appointment setting, lead generation, or managing outbound sales processes. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Confident, professional, and persistent communication style. Experience using a CRM or sales tracking system. Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes and work independently without requiring detailed direction. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable for results. Ability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Time. Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and noise-canceling headset required.
