Role: IT Sales Representative Work set up: Fully remote, Monday to Friday 10pm to 7am MNL Responsibilities Proactively identify and acquire new customers interested in Microsoft cloud solutions Build and develop long-term relationships with business customers Conduct sales meetings, online presentations and product demonstrations Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare tailored solutions and offers Present and communicate the value of Microsoft cloud technologies to key decision-makers Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities Manage the sales pipeline and maintain high-quality CRM documentation Monitor market trends and competitor activities Contribute ideas that improve lead generation and customer engagement strategies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software or cloud solutions Strong ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close deals Strong hunter mindset and willingness to proactively acquire new customers Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating contact with prospects Fluent English (minimum B2 level Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs, calls, qualified leads and revenue targets) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively Attention to detail and maintaining accurate sales documentation Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on all hired candidates.
