FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT | Remote | For High-Performance Professionals Only Pivotl is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auditor/Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and safeguard the integrity of our financial reporting. This role combines responsibilities in auditing, financial control, and strategic oversight, making it critical to the organization’s financial health and governance. Financial Oversight: Manage and monitor all accounting operations Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Audit & Compliance Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, risk management, and compliance with policies. Internal Controls Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement. Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making. Support business growth initiatives by analyzing financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in auditing, financial control, or accounting leadership roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
