\ \ About UX Academy\ \ UX Academy (myuxacademy.com) is a live online UX design school for career-changers in the UK. We run cohort-based courses taught by practitioners from companies like Google, Canva, and Adobe — and we're building one of the most AI-assisted training operations in the sector. Our marketing, content, email nurture, and enrolment flows are largely automated. What we need now is a people-person who can generate genuine interest and conversations with prospective students — and make sure each cohort runs smoothly once they're enrolled. This is a part-time role to start, with clear room to grow as we scale. \ \ The core job\ \ The first priority is getting the right people interested in UX Academy. Before anyone enrols, someone needs to be having real conversations — in communities, on LinkedIn, with partners, with past graduates. That's most of what this role is, especially in the early months. The second part kicks in once students are signed up: making sure the cohort experience is excellent from day one through to their final presentation and certificate. \ \ What you'll focus on\ \ \ \ Generating interest and conversations\ \ - Build UX Academy's presence in UX and design communities — online and off- Promote our scholarship programme to the right audiences- Build partnerships with UX communities, events, and design organisations- Reach out to and follow up with prospective students who've shown interest- Review our fortnightly newsletter before it goes out and flag anything that needs improving- Pursue press and content placements that put UX Academy in front of career-changers \ \ Content \+ site quality\ \ - Review AI-generated social posts (X, Instagram, LinkedIn) in Slack before they go live — approve, improve, or flag- Regularly check the site on mobile and desktop to catch anything that looks off \ \ Cohort delivery (when students are enrolled)\ \ - Coordinate the setup for each cohort: instructor briefings, student onboarding, course logistics- Be the point of contact students can reach if something isn't working- Manage the post-course experience: gathering feedback, collecting reviews, celebrating outcomes \ \ What we're not hiring for\ \ You won't be writing copy, running campaigns, building automations, or managing social media. AI handles that. You're the human relationship layer — generating trust with prospective students, and making enrolled students feel well looked after. \ \ You'd be a great fit if you:\ \ - Are genuinely good with people and enjoy starting conversations- Have a background in sales, community management, education, or training operations- Understand UX design well enough to speak credibly about it to someone considering a career change- Are UK-based (or can work UK hours)- Are self-directing — you don't need tasks handed to you daily- Can be responsive during cohort weeks even when overall hours are light \ \ The setup\ \ - Fully remote- \~10 hours/week to start, increasing with cohort volume- Direct working relationship with the founder- We're systematically automating the operational side — the more we automate, the more your time goes toward growth Pay: Php10,000\.00 - Php20,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
