Project Coordinator [ Commercial Construction] Remote - Philippines (Aligned to EST 10:00 AM-6:00 PM )Timings Full-Time | High-End Commercial/Hospitality Design-Build Support As we continue to scale, we are investing in a Modern, global operations model -and we are seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to serve as a critical extension of our core project team. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with a diversified background in commercial operations, industrial, mixed-use, and residential & multi-story development. The candidate must have team building, strong communication skills, perfect skills of reading construction drawing, scheduling and problem-solving skills required to carry out the successful completion of the project. Skills needed. Monthly progress billing Control project costs according to budgets Plan, schedule and supervise all aspects of the projects. Maintaining current Assets, Execute Maintenance plans Scheduling of trades and ordering of materials to meet project timelines. Full understanding and knowledge of the contract documents and drawings Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the consultants and trade contractors. Ability to meet project schedule timelines and manage multiple projects. Participate and attend site meetings. Prepare read, understand drawings, and maintain as built drawings. Manage and document additional job costs and review with the Development Manager. Co-ordination with consultants, engineers and consultants. Qualifications 3-5 years of construction industry experience; preferred in the Commercial and Industrial constructions, maintenance of existing Real Estate assets Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and strong work ethics Attentions to details and a high level of organization skills Ability to catch the deadlines and manage multiple projects. Experience in obtaining quotes, and scheduling and working with the trades Job Type: Full-time Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and strong work ethics Attentions to details and a high level of organization skills Ability to catch the deadlines and Manage multiple projects.
