Dayshift | Monday to Friday This is a marketing and acquisition leadership role focused on building and validating a repeatable, data-driven playbook for winning Australian clients, scaling successful strategies to drive rapid growth, and managing the Client Acquisition Team from the engine room of Clear's growth. You will deliver a steady, reliable flow of qualified prospects directly to the Managing Director who handles closing. Key Responsibilities Build and validate a repeatable, data-driven playbook for winning Australian clients Scale strategies that work to drive rapid growth Manage and guide the Client Acquisition Team Own the go-to-market positioning, messaging and market research Consolidate the LinkedIn-led prospecting that already works before adding new channels Deliver a consistent, measured flow of qualified prospects and booked discovery meetings Lead the Client Acquisition Team with clear output targets and visible results Own content, social and website work, plus marketing automation and CRM Track and analyse pipeline, cost per lead, cost per client and conversion metrics Test new strategies and document learnings ABOUT YOU Around seven years in growth or marketing, or demonstrable equivalent, with at least two years leading a team Track record of building a marketing-led acquisition engine and owning pipeline Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM Fluency with AI tools such as Claude Comfortable working remotely with an Australia-based leader Builder mindset as much as a director—senior enough to own strategy, willing to get into the work while the engine is unproven Independence, return-disciplined outlook and reliability on follow-through Adult who takes absolute responsibility for outcomes Smart—improve processes rather than accept the way things are Professional—develop skills, manage time and ensure quality of work WHAT WE OFFER Work-from-home with provision of PC set (freight expense covered) Monthly and quarterly subsidies and incentives HMO with 3 free dependents and life insurance coverage Virtual and face-to-face engagement activities Special leave benefits and cash convertible leave credits Best-in-class tech, wellness support and development investment Direct leadership access and work directly with the Managing Director About Us Clear Admin People helps Australian businesses grow by pairing them with top professionals.
