Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing \& Growth Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help expand our online visibility, audience engagement, product sales, and client bookings. This is a support-focused role. The business owner will create the core teachings, content ideas, newsletters, and marketing direction. Your role will be to organize, implement, schedule, repurpose, and support marketing activities across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities Marketing Support Schedule and publish content across social media platforms Organize and maintain content calendars Repurpose existing content into social posts, stories, graphics, and promotional materials Assist with content formatting and optimization Research trends, hashtags, keywords, and audience interests within wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, herbalism, and plant-based living Recommend content and promotional opportunities based on current trends Social Media Support Create simple Canva graphics and visual assets Draft and format captions and promotional copy Schedule content and monitor posting consistency Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and performance metrics Research social media growth strategies and platform best practices Provide recommendations to improve visibility and engagement Traffic \& Promotional Support Assist in promoting digital products, books, and services Support campaigns designed to increase website traffic and bookings Help coordinate and implement promotional initiatives Research opportunities for increased visibility and audience growth Assist with lead generation and audience-building activities Support launch and promotional campaigns as needed Email Marketing Support Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns using AWeber Create audience segments and automated email sequences Format newsletters and promotional emails Support lead nurturing campaigns Implement lead magnets and opt-in systems Monitor campaign performance and basic email analytics Lead Generation \& Outreach Research Research and identify potential opportunities including: Podcast guest appearances Speaking engagements Wellness organizations and communities Strategic partnerships and collaborations Corporate wellness opportunities Online summits and educational events Local and virtual visibility opportunities Reporting \& Analytics Prepare a weekly summary report including: Social media performance Audience growth metrics Email list growth Product sales activity (when available) Session booking activity (when available) Key observations and recommendations Qualifications Required Skills Strong written English communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable following systems and processes Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly Basic understanding of digital marketing principles Preferred Experience Social media management Email marketing Canva design Content repurposing Lead generation and audience growth Wellness, spirituality, herbalism, holistic health, or personal development industries Tools \& Platforms Experience with the following is preferred: Canva AWeber Google Workspace Google Docs Google Sheets Instagram Facebook LinkedIn ChatGPT Social media scheduling tools Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves organization and implementation Enjoys supporting meaningful wellness-focused businesses Is proactive and resourceful Has a strong eye for detail Understands social media and online marketing fundamentals Can take direction and independently execute tasks Is interested in wellness, spirituality, herbal education, mindfulness, or plant-based living Pay: From Php150\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
