Position: Head of Product Management Salary: PHP 100,000–120,000 Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote Schedule Midshift / Night Shift Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule Qualifications Proven track record of success in product management, preferably within transportation, mobility, or technology sectors Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, anticipate industry trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of product management fundamentals, including prioritization, roadmapping, and Agile methodology Deep customer empathy and strong focus on delivering value and enhancing user experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing market conditions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Product management certifications are a plus Why Join Us?
