Are you the go-to tech person in a fast-paced creative environment? Do you know your way around a MacBook as well as you do a Windows machine — and can you keep Google Workspace running smoothly for an entire team? A leading global agency is looking for a sharp, proactive IT Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, creative agency setting. If you're equally comfortable troubleshooting a MacBook, managing GWS admin, and setting up a conference room for a big client presentation — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Be the first line of support for employees across phone, email, and in-person — fast, friendly, and reliable. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across HP/Dell workstations, Macs, iPhones, and iPads. Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace — user provisioning, policies, shared drives, and more. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets via Active Directory. Deploy and configure hardware and software for new hires; own the IT onboarding/offboarding experience. Log and track all support requests in ITSM tools (Freshservice, Jira, etc.). Set up and maintain conference rooms — AV systems, video conferencing hardware, displays. Keep IT asset records up to date and contribute to the team knowledge base. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support with proper documentation. Run quick user training sessions on IT tools and best practices. You're a Great Fit If... You have 1–3 years of hands-on Mac and Windows desktop support experience. You're confident with Apple hardware — MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads are your comfort zone. You've administered Google Workspace (not just used it — actually managed it). You know Active Directory well enough to handle user accounts, group policies, and access permissions. You've used ITSM/ticketing tools like Freshservice or Jira to track and resolve support requests. You've worked in a creative agency, media, or marketing tech environment — or you're excited to. You've written IT documentation, SOPs, or how-to guides that people actually found helpful. You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and follow through. Bonus Points Experience supporting Linux or ChromeOS environments. Familiarity with conference room AV setups and video conferencing hardware. Exposure to IT onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end. Knowledge base or SOP writing experience. Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
