We're looking for a talented Email Designer to create high-converting email campaigns for e-commerce brands. You'll transform copy and wireframes into visually engaging emails that not only look great but also drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. This role has a clear growth path into a Senior Email Designer , with opportunities to lead projects and mentor other designers. What You'll Do Design Email Campaigns Turn copy and wireframes into polished, conversion-focused email designs. Add your own creative direction and visual storytelling to elevate every project. Design engaging emails that align with each brand's identity. Design Automated Email Flows Create cohesive email sequences that guide customers through their journey. Balance beautiful design with strong conversion principles. Revisions & Collaboration Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally. Return requested revisions within 1-2 hours . Communicate proactively with the team throughout the design process. Expectations Standard design requests: 1-2 business days Urgent requests: Within 6 hours Capacity: Up to 10 email designs per day Respond to Slack messages within 30 minutes during working hours. Requirements Expert-level proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of components, auto layout, and file organization Experience designing marketing emails (preferably for e-commerce) Knowledge of conversion-focused design and CRO principles Excellent attention to detail Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Creative thinker who enjoys testing new visual styles and concepts Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Interested?
