Olibros Outsourcing OPC is looking for a Human Resource Specialist (Fluent in Spanish) Position Details Role: Human Resources (Spanish-Speaking) Location: Home-Based Salary: PHP 40,000/month Schedule Monday to Friday (with possible weekends) 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Cycle: Weekly (Every Friday) Key Responsibilities Create job postings based on requisitions across recruitment platforms Pre-qualify candidates by reviewing applications and responses Screen applicants and respond to inquiries Contact potential candidates via call, text, or email Send application packets through the portal Endorse candidates for possible cases Follow up on compliance updates Schedule applicant requirements, including: Drug screening Fingerprinting Central registry checks Track applicant compliance and availability Complete applicant credentialing and compliance requirements Conduct employment reference checks Process and secure employer signatures on application documents Complete I-9 forms Perform data entry in HHA Exchange (applicant and compliance records) Handle other HR-related tasks (Recruitment, TAS, Compliance, Case Management) Requirements Must be fluent in Spanish Language Must have a device running either Windows 11 (Home or Professional edition) or macOS Ventura or a newer version. The system should be equipped with at least 8GB of RAM, with 16GB or higher required. Additionally, a minimum of 40GB of available hard drive space is required to ensure smooth performance and storage capacity.
