About The Role We are looking for an experienced Candidate Manager – Real Estate & Property to join our growing Australian recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across the Real Estate and Property sector. You’ll work closely with our consultants to identify top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes for our clients. We’re looking for a genuine recruitment professional who enjoys engaging with people, building long-term talent pipelines, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Talent Engagement Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, job boards, referrals, and professional networks Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct market mapping and candidate research Proactively identify and approach passive candidates Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates through regular engagement Candidate Management Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews Assess candidates’ experience, career goals, salary expectations, and role suitability Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to placement Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems Recruitment Delivery Support Partner with consultants to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists Prepare candidate profiles and support client submissions Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary expectations, and hiring trends Assist with recruitment administration and pipeline management Market Intelligence & Business Support Monitor recruitment activity and market trends across the Real Estate and Property sector Support talent mapping and network growth initiatives Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement Build strong relationships within the Australian property industry Roles You’ll Recruit For You will primarily recruit for positions including: Property Managers Commercial Property Managers Residential Property Managers Facilities Managers Strata Managers Leasing Consultants Sales Agents Business Development Managers Property Administrators Assistant Property Managers Trust Accountants Property Accountants Asset Managers Development Managers Experience recruiting across construction, property development, or real estate support roles will also be highly regarded.
