Role Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and business systems. This role combines software development and systems analysis responsibilities, requiring someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications and business systems. Build and maintain databases, APIs, and system integrations. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, database, and integration issues. Implement system enhancements, upgrades, and new features based on business needs. Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and external services. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver effective business solutions. Required Qualifications 3–5\+ years of experience in web application development. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Git. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and software design principles. Experience developing and maintaining web applications, REST APIs, and system integrations. Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. Experience integrating third-party APIs, web services, and payment gateways. Experience writing secure, scalable, and well-documented code. Experience with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application support. Familiarity with Composer and dependency management. Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Experience integrating AI tools, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), chatbots, or workflow automation solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
