We are looking for an Operations/Data Analyst to support our clients with day-to-day data, process, and system needs. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working US business hours. Key Responsibilities Manage heavy client interaction via email, calls, and online meetings. Set up and maintain item master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Set up and maintain customer master data across relevant systems. Navigate and update client and internal portals and platforms. Perform data validation, clean-up, and basic analysis to support operations. Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data or process issues promptly. Qualifications Strong written and spoken English communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data work. Experience with item master/customer master setup or similar data management tasks is a plus. Comfortable navigating web-based portals and systems. Ability to work US hours on a consistent schedule. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple client requests.
