Key Responsibilities • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones. • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and ATS data. • Support recruitment operations and ensure an excellent candidate experience. • Partner with recruiters to meet hiring timelines and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
