Job Summary The IT Specialist provides first-level technical assistance and support for various IT services, applications, and hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our users and customers. Fresh graduates with the required academic background are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provides technical support to customers, answers complex questions on function and usage of IT services via telephone, email, Internet and/or SMS, Password Reset, Software Applications, Hardware, Citrix, printer, scanner and shared drive access request, shared drive increase request and other external applications Provides initial application based technical support to users mostly via email. Answers technical inquiries and Frequently Asked Questions regarding the supported applications, processed and/or procedures about the support Creates, updates and monitors tickets and email accordingly Escalates Level 2 issues to service providers and appropriate technical support team and/or escalates the issue to domain (Desk Side Support, Systems Admin, Voice Admin, and Network Admin) and provides timely updates to affected users Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Listens to inputs and opinions Expresses confidence on customer facing Can confidently operate with minimal supervision Willingly accepts increased responsibilities; seeks to improve service delivery About Us Vantage Financial Corporation (operating under the name e-Biz ) is the Group's international money transfer service provider with additional offerings in its money change, bills payment, and airline ticketing services.
