The Role As a Senior RevOps Specialist , you'll work across RevOps, and ABM projects - helping B2B companies map their TAM, set up signal tracking, orchestrate inbound flows, and optimize their HubSpot . You will work with multiple sales leaders of high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Your Responsibilities You will work on projects that have a direct impact on how the business runs. Your scope will evolve based on your skills, interests, and company priorities. 1/ Strategy Tool Selection: Consult clients on which sales tools they should get based on their challenges. Lead Allocation: Build allocation systems to ensure optimal prospect distribution across sales teams 2/ Data Orchestration TAM Mapping: Creating ICP Models based on firmographics, technographics and signals Signal Tracking: Track 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party signals based on a company's stage Contact Sourcing: Identify decision makers, champions, and users to reach out. 3/ Clay AI Account Enrichment: Deep account research to automate any manual human research AI Workflow Automation: Create Clay / n8n workflows to automate time-consuming tasks Awareness Scoring: Prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagement levels 4/ HubSpot Architecture \& Operations Workflows: Design and implement HubSpot workflows and automations Reporting: Build custom reporting dashboards Optimization: Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance 5/ Communication Client Communication: Lead weekly client calls, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Project Management: Collaborate in Notion \& Slack for project management and documentation. Internal Library of Plays: Contribute to our internal SOPs and knowledge-sharing Reporting: Analyze results and iterate based on clients’ feedback and performance. We encourage and guide you in building your personal brand on LinkedIn Preferred Experience Must have Qualifications 2yr\+ experience in RevOps or related roles such as Sales Ops, BizOps, or GTM Ops. Expertise with HubSpot or Clay (ideally both) Experience in high-velocity SaaS, ideally PLG \+ SLG. Genuine curiosity about AI \& testing new tools "Everything is figureoutable" mindset Fluent in English. Pay: Php600\.20 per hour Work Location: Remote
