The HR Generalist will be assigned at Main Office located at Batasan Hills, Quezon City. - MUST have at least 2- 3 years experience in handling all facets of Human Resources -Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing issues, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication Develop and implement performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and organizational goals and communicate it to employees Maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform decision – making. Prepare reports on HR activities, employee turnover, and other key performance indicators for management review Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change initiatives and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and training documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements ● Planning and execution of employee engagement programs ● Facilitating company events ● In charge in the computation of final pay and coordinating clearance of former employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php25,000\.00 - Php28,000\.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Employee discount On-site parking Opportunities for promotion Paid training Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Batasan Hills 1126 P00
