We're looking for a creative, highly organised Marketing and Digital Ads Assistant to provide dedicated, ongoing support to our Sydney-based marketing team. This is a remote contractor position with consistent weekly hours, rather than project-by project freelance work. We are initially looking for someone who can commit approximately 3 days per week on an ongoing basis, who is available Sydney time between 10AM – 6PM with the opportunity to increase the engagement to approximately 5 days per week as the role develops. They’ll work closely with our Sydney team across shopping centre, retail and lifestyle clients, supporting the delivery of social media, content, websites, email marketing and digital campaigns. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship with our agency, understands our clients and systems, and becomes a reliable extension of our Sydney team. You will need hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and be confident setting up and managing paid social campaigns, this includes: Setting up Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads Understanding campaign objectives and selecting the appropriate setup Creating and managing audiences and targeting Understanding placements, budgets and campaign structures Monitoring and optimising live campaigns Understanding key metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, leads and conversions Identifying underperforming campaigns and opportunities for improvement Preparing basic campaign performance reports Following an advertising brief accurately and checking campaigns before launch Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
