Our mission is to create exceptional jewelry-buying experiences through personalized service, expert guidance, and a customer-first approach. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. What You'll Do As our Senior Sales Manager, you will oversee Jewelry Operations Coordinators, Client Advisors, and Jewelry Stylists. Sales Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and customer obsession Sales Operations Oversee the complete sales pipeline from inquiry to purchase Ensure all leads receive timely follow-up Monitor CRM compliance and data accuracy Improve sales workflows and operational processes Customer Experience Maintain luxury-level service standards throughout the customer journey Monitor consultation quality and communication effectiveness Continuously enhance the client experience Revenue & Performance Management Drive revenue growth and sales performance across the organization Monitor conversion rates and sales KPIs Identify missed revenue opportunities Reporting & Analytics Track and report on key sales performance metrics Analyze lead sources and conversion trends Present insights and recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience Experience managing teams responsible for revenue generation Experience supporting US-based customers Experience leading consultative, high-ticket sales environments Strong CRM experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Industry Experience Required: Fine Jewelry Luxury Jewelry Bridal Jewelry Luxury Watches Luxury Retail High-End Fashion Retail Applicants without luxury retail leadership experience will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications Direct Fine Jewelry industry experience Diamond or engagement ring sales experience Experience managing Jewelry Consultants, Client Advisors, or Jewelry Stylists Luxury e-commerce experience Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience Experience supporting affluent or high-net-worth clientele Compensation & Benefits Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with a growing US luxury brand Direct exposure to executive leadership Significant career growth opportunities Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Can you work from Monday to Friday, 11 am - 8 pm in US PST?
