Position: Network Engineer L2 (Palo Alto) Work Setup: 100% Remote Schedule US Time Zone Employment Type: Long-term Independent Contractor Compensation Up to USD 2,200/month About The Role We're looking for a Network Engineer L2 with strong Palo Alto firewall and SD-WAN experience to support enterprise network operations. You'll work with multiple client environments, handling network incidents, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementing secure, reliable network solutions. Key Responsibilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and support WAN/LAN environments Manage network incidents, service requests, problems, and change tickets Configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and network infrastructure Support and monitor SD-WAN environments Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis Recommend network improvements for performance, security, and reliability Maintain network documentation and collaborate with technical teams Requirements 3–5 years of networking experience 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls Experience supporting and monitoring SD-WAN solutions Solid understanding of networking technologies and protocols Experience in mixed-vendor network environments Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have PCNSA , PCNSE , CCNA , or CCNP certifications Interview Process Automated Video Interview \+ English Written Test Client Interview (1-2 rounds only) Pay: Php100,000\.00 - Php130,000\.00 per month Benefits Paid training Work from home Application Question(s): This is an immediate role.
