Position: People & Client Success Executive Company: WADIC Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Location: Philippines Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST About The Role WADIC is looking for a motivated and people-oriented People & Client Success Executive to join our remote team in the Philippines. This position combines People Operations and Client Success , with a focus on supporting employees, strengthening client relationships, and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees, clients, and internal departments to improve employee engagement, resolve concerns, enhance service delivery, and build lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities People Operations Manage employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance support, and offboarding. Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation, productivity, and retention. Support performance management processes and assist in addressing employee relations matters. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives to support employee development and career growth. Monitor attendance, leave records, and workforce performance to support smooth HR operations. Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values. Client Success Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and develop strong, long-term professional relationships. Understand client goals, expectations, and business needs to provide appropriate solutions and support. Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery. Handle client questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and within appropriate timelines. Monitor client satisfaction, account performance, retention, and potential renewal opportunities. Conduct regular client check-ins, progress meetings, and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships.
