Your Role: Make an Impact ----------------------------- This is an execution-focused finance role responsible for providing reliable and timely support to the global controlling organization. Based in our Makati office, you will work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies to support standardized finance processes, reporting, and controls. Key Responsibilities ---------------------- Business Partnering \& Business Reporting Provide day-to-day finance support to stakeholders based out of PH offices and other TORM locations (if needed) and working as a business partner for the stakeholders Support preparation of monthly management reports, and conduct variance analysis (actual vs forecast/budget) with high-quality Monthly Close \& Financial Controls Month-end activities - review OPEX \& CAPEX and perform GL reviews to ensure the right numbers in the month-close. If needed, prepare accruals, provisions, and support in monthly closing in line with global timelines and Copenhagen guidelines Perform reconciliations between finance systems and supporting data, and manage the financial data accuracy across the systems Execute SOX/internal control activities with appropriate documentation Assist with year-end closing and audit supports Budgeting \& Forecasting, Project \& Process improvements Collect, validate, and consolidate forecast inputs from stakeholders and annual budget Assist in preparing templates/trackers and developing new innovative ideas for better budgeting and execution of processes Prepare \& maintain the standard financial support dashboards/reports for the business. Support finance improvement initiatives (automation, digitalization, standardization, data quality) Qualifications \& Skills ---------------------------- Education \& Technical Skills Certified Public Accountant with relevant experience in business controlling, preferably within multinational organizations. Strong Excel skills Familiarity with structured finance processes and templates Experience with ERP systems (NAV, Sertica, or similar is an advantage) Personal Skills Strong service mindset and stakeholder focus Detail-oriented and disciplined with deadlines Quick learner with curiosity for end-to-end processes with ownership mindset Comfortable working with remote/global teams Open to feedback and continuous improvement Excellent communication skills both in spoken and written English What We Offer ----------------- We offer a permanent employment contract on local terms and conditions.
