Our brand is looking for a results-driven Amazon Listing Specialist to take complete charge of our storefront presentation and execute high-converting SEO strategies. In this role, you will review existing listing performance, aggressively refine keywords and product copy, and make sure all content matches precisely with real customer search behavior. Your strategic focus will directly boost our brand's growth by increasing organic search rank, maximizing keyword indexing, and turning casual shoppers into repeat customers throughout the Amazon marketplace. Key Responsibilities Audit Amazon listings to identify issues affecting conversion Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend attributes, generic keywords, images and product video Main and new keywords are indexed and aligned with search intent Ensure listing content addresses customer questions and Rufus queries Track keyword ranking and indexing Conduct customer review & competitor analysis Understand product selling point, differentiation Maintain consistent brand voice across listing content Document and present actionable insights clearly To improve metrics, keyword ranking, conversion rate and accurate keyword indexing Requirements Experience working with Amazon Seller Central Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors, keyword indexing, and listing conversion optimization Familiarity with conversion optimization frameworks Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, basic graphic editing, and productivity/AI tools Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment Job Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking If you are interested, please accomplish the sample task below and please send your resume to careers.va@keababies.com.
